The first fully funded project in Uganda!
After an intensive application process, our organization was selected to receive funding from the Niedersächsische Bingo Umweltstiftung (Lower Saxony Bingo Environmental Foundation). Our Ugandan partner organization, CVOVS, has developed a project proposal and a financial plan to launch a livestock breeding project in its own community.
We are thrilled that this project is now moving forward and that we can support local families in becoming financially less dependent on donations in the long term.
The goals:
- Expand local agriculture
- Create sources of income for families
- Provide a long-term opportunity for self-reliance
